ADPListFew months ago, I started applying for a new job and I used to struggle to get through all the rounds. I started talking to Vaibhav and have had 5–6 sessions so far. In each session, I learned something new that I wouldn't have learned from anywhere else. He provided valuable feedback on my portfolio and so many insights about how one approach each interview rounds. Cut to now, I recently started a new job at Dunzo as a Product Designer. Many thanks to Vaibhav for his guidance & support.
I tend to take time and then reflect upon it. It's been more than a week since I had a call with Vaibhav and I keep thinking about it again and again. Replaying all the learnings from our call. I am still blown by how amazing he is and how great and helpful the call was for me. He took time, understood my pov and gave actionable advice. He then followed up with meeting notes and shared many articles with me which will help me further. I mean who does that, how can someone be so thoughtful and humble? He deeply cares and wants to help. Thank you, Vaibhav. For sure I am connecting with him for a follow back session. Recommended talking to him.
Vaibhav helped me a lot with his advice for my new role. He gave me practical and executable advice from his own experience as a manager. He talked about the right things to focus on, and how to measure success, among other very helpful pointers. He is very approachable, patient and genuinely enthusiastic about helping out. I got a lot of value out of our session!
I had a great session with Vaibhav. He went over the scheduled time to answer all my questions, doubts and gave me a different perspective. Vaibhav is the go-to person for anyone looking to maneuver his/her design career. He is so compassionate towards your problem and a session with him is much more interesting and beneficial than attending a boot camp/cohort. He is the guy you want to talk about anything around design and life over a beer.
I had two great sessions with Vaibhav. He was very patient, and easy to talk to. He gave me very detailed, very specific feedback regarding "how to talk about my contributions and accomplishments". He even set detailed session notes that made our conversation smoother as well as easy to remember. I am looking forward to booking more sessions with him to talk about personal branding and product vision.

The overall session with Vaibhav was very interactive and meaningful. He asked me the correct set of questions which helped me understand what actually growth means to me. He shared really insightful incidents on how he naturally and organically fixed processes and gaps within his team. It was a great learning that how we all should spot problems within the team and lead to fix them rather than relying on somebody else to fix it. We had a portfolio review during the mentorship session. Vaibhav was able to give me a whole new dimension from which I could approach my case studies. It was really useful and Vaibhav was very patient throughout and explained each thing clearly. Looking forward to work on his feedbacks and book another session with him following it! Vaibhav is a very compassionate listener & truly wants to get the best out of you. The articulation was immaculate and it was a great session. Would recommend 10/10 if you are looking for career advice. Also, despite being down due to COVID, he still managed to take out time for the session which really shows how much he wants to give back to the community. Kudos for such a spirit.

If you're looking for great design that solves for your business needs — Vaibhav is the design leader I'd recommend. Not only was he able to rally the team to deliver great designs, he was able to align several stakeholders to the end goal we had envisioned. As a manager he exhibited a hands-on approach that was commendable and crucial on key projects. No doubt he was able to grow and nurture his team to great capacity over the years. His ability to shape design through constructive criticism enabled him to rise as a top mentor within and beyond the org.
Vaibhav is an outright creative designer with a serious eye-for-detail. He can make any UX challenge seem easy with his burst of innovative ideas. Vaibhav always brings in fresh ideas to the table.
